The Colorado Trail Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization, FedEIN Tax ID 84-1057336, as first determined by the IRS in September 1987. Donations to The Colorado Trail Foundation are tax deductible as provided in IRC Section 170.
